Welcome! I am so happy you are here and taking the first steps of looking for a professional photographer. Whether it be for your growing family, the beginning of your love story, or even to update your headshots, I hope to be the one to help you!
I started this journey rather haphazardly right out of high school in 1993 simply looking for a seasonal job to help pay for rent and that quickly lead me to a career in managing busy portrait studios. After starting my own family and quickly realizing working 10 and 12 hour shifts, missing so many treasured life moments of my own kids, I decided to break out and start my own business in 2008.
Decades later, with a ton of online, in person classes, certifications and self training, I am still here, loving every part of this. Meeting so many unique and beautiful people and helping to tell their stories is what keeps me coming back for more!

How long does it take for me to see my portraits?
We will connect 7-10 days after your session to have you review the fully edited images and make your selections.
How many portraits will be provided for me to choose from?
The typical session will yield
anywhere from 25-40 fully edited images to select from.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, in my studio, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I am open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Portrait sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, Milestone sessions are typically 45-60 minutes, Newborn sessions can range from 2 to 3 hours, Engagements/couples can be 1 to 2 hours, Headshots 45-60 minutes & Elopements/Micro Weddings are about 2 hours. I strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. I won't be staring at my watch, the goal is to photograph everything you are hoping for!
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
Once all decisions are made on your order, the download images are available right after and your printed products typically take about 7-10 days.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I am flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
What is a print credit?
A print credit is a free amount credited towards ordering any professional prints through me. These can be for large format prints, framed and matted prints, metal prints or heirloom print boxes.
Where is your studio located?
The studio is located in the Lakes Region of NH just south of Alton Bay in Barnstead.
